Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Treql website, API, and AI forensic services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, particularly regarding data usage and liability limitations, you are prohibited from using the Service.

Service Description

Treql provides probabilistic analysis tools designed to detect signatures of Artificial Intelligence in images and videos. You acknowledge that AI detection is an evolving field and results are estimates, not facts. The Service should not be the sole basis for critical decision-making.

3. User Content & Data Usage

You retain ownership of any content you upload. However, to operate and improve our AI models, we require specific rights.

License Grant for Model Training:

By uploading images or videos to Treql, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

  • Process the content to provide the detection results.
  • Store and use the content to train, tune, and improve our artificial intelligence models and machine learning algorithms.
  • Use the content for internal research and benchmarking purposes.

Privacy Note: We strip metadata (EXIF) from files used for training. If you wish to opt-out of future training datasets, please contact [email protected] with your specific request.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Upload illegal content (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or malware.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or model weights of Treql.
  • Automate access (scraping) without an API key.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TREQL DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT RESULTS WILL BE 100% ACCURATE. FALSE POSITIVES (REAL IMAGES FLAGGED AS AI) AND FALSE NEGATIVES (AI IMAGES FLAGGED AS REAL) MAY OCCUR. WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON THESE RESULTS.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treql AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
